I understand that longing—it’s what led me to this work. Because in 2020, despite having read countless personal development books, invested thousands in therapy, and even earned a graduate degree in mental health, I still didn’t really know how to be in the type of conscious and loving relationship I so deeply wanted.
When I discovered this type of work, it was unlike anything I’d ever experienced. It wasn’t about fixing myself (or my partner) or learning how to communicate better. It was about tuning into the wisdom of the body. Because it's your body that knows exactly how to guide you toward that deep, soul-level relationship you're longing for.
